Upon delivery, please inspect all items. If you find any defects or damages, do not accept the items and kindly inform our delivery staff about it. If you are not satisfied with the delivered goods, you may return them as long as they are in good sellable condition and original packaging.
Replacement of damaged goods will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis. If approved for replacement, the damaged item must be returned with its original packaging.
- To facilitate the processing of returns, please inform us of returns within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Returns reported beyond 3 working days after delivery will not be accepted.
- Please surrender the official receipt and/or sales invoice upon return of goods.
- Returned goods may be refunded or exchanged with other items.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Returns for job-ordered or specially ordered items are not allowed.
